LOW CARB BEER BREAD
Beer Bread is one of my all time favorite quick breads. Served warm and smeared with butter it is pure perfection! This bread is super easy, low in carbs and is a great addition to any meal. The beer flavor is present but definitely not over powering, so it pairs well with many different cuisines.
When baking bread with almond flour, I HIGHLY suggest getting a super fine variety, otherwise your bread could come out gritty. Also, be sure to store leftovers (if there are any) in the fridge due to the eggs and dairy. I use Bob’s Red Mill Super Fine Almond Flour. You can get it for a great price at Sam’s Club but it’s also available on Amazon.
